1. Preface

FUKULOG is a website operated by Honey Entertainment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). It aims to publicize the information and Look pictures released by members so that our users can flexibly take the website as a fashion tool for references while buying or matching clothing.

This manual is complementary to the neglected parts about the regulations stipulated by our company.All members should read carefully this manual while reading the regulations in advance, and are permitted to use FUKULOG only after agreeing on relevant contents herein.

While releasing information, Looks , items, news, messages, circles, link, photos and movies (hereinafter referred to as "member publishing contents"), members must "ensure that they are readable and referable to other users", specifically describe the information related to the clothing, brand, shopping, and Looks, etc. as well as their feelings about the actual use.
Sometimes, in order to ensure that other users can take them as references after reading, vague member publishing contents need to be revised. In addition, upon the requirement of revision, members should permit our company to confirm the revised contents and then publicize on the website.
The Company may require members needing revision or deletion to release example contents as follows:

  1. 1. The article irrelevant to the released content takes up the major proportion.
  2. 2. Overuse of symbols, metaphors and marks leads to inexpressive meanings of the article.
  3. 3. The article is largely the same with the content in the picture, and it is rereleased due to changes in some information.
  4. 4. Irrelevant to clothing.
  5. 5. Other information against the regulations or this manual.
2. Subjects of
Information Release
  1. 1. Information related to clothing and confirmed by the Company.
    (All contents related to Looks, handbags, shoes, watches, accessories, clothing, Traditional-clothing, etc.)
  2. 2. Information about clothing brands or clothing stores that is actually available.
    In general, the unpublicized contents failing to be confirmed or act as references for other users will be deleted without notification or required to be revised.
    Once revision is required, please permit the Company to confirm the revised content and then publicize it on the website. Please note that if the information concerning a certain brand is deleted, so will illustrations about the released information.
3. Guide about the
Release of Look
Pictures

The pictures about the Look must be taken from the front side of the person wearing the clothing.
If the pictures released are taken by more than one person, then the pictures can be released only with the permission of all the photographers.
Pictures similar to the following ones may be deleted without notification or are required to be revised.
And once revision is required, please permit the Company to confirm the revised content and then release it on website.

  1. 1. The clothing is not on the wearer, laid flat or hung on the clothing stand or on a half-naked model.
  2. 2. Pictures about 1-piece clothing, such as handbag or woman’s dress (NG)
  3. 3. Overmatching leading to difficult understanding of the contents of the picture.
  4. 4. Vague or dim or over-small pictures leading to difficult understanding of the contents.
  5. 5. Obviously unrealistic pictures making it difficult to understand the posture of the clothing dressing.
  6. 6. Pictures with only the upper body, face, half body or partial parts taken.
  7. 7. Repeatedly released pictures with changes only in accessories, handbag, shoes but the overall picture is almost unchanged.
  8. 8. Picture with few descriptions of the wearer which makes it difficult to understand the contents of the Look.

Please note that pictures not belonging to the said stipulations but violating the regulations of FUKULOG will sometimes be deleted without notification.

4. Guide about the
Release of
Information
Pictures

Pictures about the Look subjects or circle topics may be released together with the information.
While releasing pictures of the items or about the topics, please make the picture fully embody the subject so that users can understand the information and the whole contents of the subject.
In addition, pictures similar to the following ones are sometimes deleted without notification or are requited to be revised. And once revision is required,
please permit the Company to confirm the revised content and then release it on website.

  1. 1. Pictures irrelevant to the subject.
    e.g.) The T-shirt picture released but with shoes taken. (NG)
  2. 2. Pictures embodying more than one person which make it difficult to determine which person is the subject.
  3. 3. Vague or dim or over-small pictures leading to difficult understanding of the subject.
  4. 4. Pictures with few contents of the matching taken inside room.
  5. 5. Pictures over-revised which makes it difficult to understand the contents taken.
  6. 6. Pictures with QR codes directing to other websites, except for those with the Company’s permission.

Pictures not belonging to the said regulations but violating the regulations of FUKULOG will sometimes be deleted without notification or required to be revised.
Once revision is required, please permit the Company to confirm the revised content and then publicize it on the website.

5. Guide about the
post in circle

Members can comments, links, up-loading photos or movies, looks, items in circle. Members have to following the purpose of the circle.
Any post has nothing to do with the circle will be deleted by no notificaition.

6. No Violating
Others’ Privacy and
Image Rights

If it is a portrait photograph, then the picture taken without permission may violate others’ privacy or image rights.
The portrait photographs could be released only with the agreement of all the persons shown in the picture of video. While publicizing member publishing contents, FUKULOG stipulates that members should meet the following responsibilities:

  1. 1. Members releasing relevant information have all the copyrights, image rights and other relevant rights of the released contents.
  2. 2.  If the picture embodies the image of the third party, the member must handle some necessary rights.

In addition, if the released contents involve a certain brand or the operator or storekeeper of the store selling the clothing, the member releasing the contents must base on facts and try not to damage the reputation of the operator or storekeeper.

7. Pay Attention
to Copyright
and other Intellectual
Property Rights

If relevant contents of magazines, books, or websites are quoted, make sure to distinguish between the quotations and the self-written descriptions, and mark clearly the sources (Name and Journal number for magazine; press, name and author for book; and name for website, etc.), and the self-written descriptions should take up the major proportion, the quotations should account for minor proportion. Members should be responsible for identifying whether copyright laws and regulations are violated at their own expenses. For the complaints proposed by the third party about the owner of the quotations, FUKULOG bears no responsibility. In addition, the regulations make it clear that pictures quoted from magazines, books, websites or blogs without permission are prohibited. Once found, such pictures will be deleted without notification or be required to be revised. And once revision is required, please permit the Company to confirm the revised content and then publicize it on the website.

  1. e.g.)Scan the page of a magazine including model image and then release it as a Look picture. (NG)

In addition, any third party without the permission of FUKULOG and the releaser himself will be prohibited from copying the member publishing contents on FUKULOG.

8. No Libeling and
Slandering on Individual
or Arbitrary Criticism
on Brand and Store

FUKULOG is a space to share individual objective feelings rather than criticize the contents released by other members. Therefore, any released information and illustrations no matter the subject is made clear or not, please do not criticize, hurt or ridicule other members.

  1. e.g.)I don’t believe in that clothing experience, unfashionable at all. (NG)
  2. e.g.)I dislike this brand, and xx really has a bad taste. (NG)

In addition, criticism about a certain brand or goods must be subjectively expressed as individual feelings, because it may lead to misunderstanding. So, please do not show any arbitrary expressions irrelevant to the released information by other members.

  1. e.g.)I will absolutely not shop in such a bad store for a second time. (NG)
    →Personally, this store is unsuitable to me, so this is the last time that I shop there. (OK)
  2. e.g.)Honestly, this brand is really poor. (NG)

In addition, even if it is subjective individual feeling, please do not criticize a certain brand and relevant store personnel just like what are followed.

and Goods

FUKULOG is neither a place for complaint, nor a place to criticize the contents released by other members. Therefore, any released information and illustrations no matter the subject is made clear or not, please do not criticize, hurt or ridicule other members.

  2. e.g.)The goods delivered is not the same with what is ordered, and there is even no apology! (NG)
10. Consult
Administrative Agency
for Quality Issues

It is difficult to prove real the complaint about clothing quality, and the complaint may cause great damages to brand and store.
So, make sure to consult consumer center and other administrative agencies about any quality problem or relevant issues.

  1. e.g.)The so-called 100% pure cotton really wears badly, other materials must have been mixed. (NG)
  2. e.g.)It is worn after wearing for the first time. Refund me! (NG)
11. Do Not Release
Information Difficult
to Be Confirmed

After all, FUKULOG is a website to release individual feelings and share the information which can be referred to while shopping or matching clothing. It is difficult to confirm whether or not the released information is real. Please do not release any information that may cause adverse effects to any brand or store.

  1. e.g.)This is a copy of xx brand, a knockoff. (NG)
  2. e.g.)Goods in this store are the same with those in other ones, but the price is much higher, the storekeeper must be money-oriented. (NG)

In addition, please note that information not belonging to the said conditions but difficult to be confirmed whether or not it is real (not the description of individual feelings) and be considered by relevant brand or store assistants as “false information, please delete it” will sometimes be deleted.

12. Do Not Release

Major Dangerous
Behaviors

Contents violating laws, related to crimes, or promoting criminal behaviors will be prohibited.

  1. e.g.) I strongly recommend this store for selling brand products at lower price. (NG)
  2. e.g.) I often go shopping in this store where it is ok to park at the roadside. (NG)
13. Operating Policy
for Hot Information

Hot information (Looks, fashion style, users, and news) is calculated on the basis of automatic statistics of the votes for member publishing contents. The Company holds a neutral position in the operation of hot information, and tries to provide the fair information obtained from observing the regulations and manual.
The Company prohibits adopting illegal methods or register as false member to release information or hinder the generation of fair hot information. If it is confirmed as prohibitive behavior, then measures will be taken to delete the information released by these members without notification and force them to withdraw from the website.

14. About the
Contents on website

If it is the content belonging to the said regulations or confirmed by the Company as inappropriate information, it will be deleted without notification sometimes. So, please store the original copy of the released information.
