ZUCCaIs it とは?

三宅一生デザイン事務所出身のデザイナー小野塚秋良が1988年に立ち上げたブランド。「ZUUCa」はレディースライン、「CABANE de ZUCCa」は、メンズラインを指しています。時計や財布は、「CABANE de ZUCCa」で展開。イッセイミヤケのグループ会社である株式会社エイ・ネットが運営しています。1989年、東京コレクション、パリコレクションにデビュー。2011年春夏シーズンまで小野塚が退任することになり、秋冬シーズンからは社内のデザインチームが引き継ぐことになりました。コンセプトは、「着る人にも、見る人にも、心新しいオーガニック・スパイスを加えるような”日常着”」。洋服、雑貨などのアイテムは、素材使いや色使い、ディティールにファッション性の高いかわいらしさがあります。1994年にワークウェアラインの「ZUCCa TRAVAIL」がデビューしたほか、企業や学校の制服、ユニフォームも手がけています。また、ブランド名は、イタリア語でカボチャの意味。
