多くのセレブやモデルたちからも愛されている、イギリスを代表するハイストリートファッションブランドです。イギリス国内では300店舗、世界29カ国に店舗を展開しています。1974年、アパレル小売業としてスタートした「TOPSHOP」は、現在のようなファッショナブルなブランドイメージはありませんでした。Jane Shepherdsonがブランドディレクターに就任した1999年、デザイナーとのコラボレーションでモード感のあるデザインへとシフトしたのです。その後、メンズラインの「TOPMAN」、ハイエンドラインの「boutigue」、ランウェイショーを行うコレクションラインの「UNIQUE」、そして注目の若手デザイナーとのコラボレーションによる「Designers for TOPSHOP」を展開しています。さらに世界的ファッションアイコン、ケイト・モスとの特別コラボレーションライン「Kate Moss TOPSHOP」も加わり、ケイト自身が毎回モデルとして登場することでも話題となっています。
