たんす屋Is it とは?

(株)東京山喜が運営するリサイクル着物のショップ。コンセプトは“安い、きれい、おもしろい”。より多くの人に着物を楽しんでもらうために着付け教室や着物のメンテナンス、振袖のレンタルも行っています。1999年設立。2001年には第11回ニュービジネス大賞優秀賞を受賞しました。出版物も数多く出しており、日本文化の発信に貢献しています。2006年には商業界より『たんす屋でござる』、そして2008年にはぜんにち出版より『着るだけで幸せになる』を出版しました。その幅広い活動からメディアへの露出も多く、NHK総合テレビ『経済羅針盤』にも出演しました。2011年、東京にハローキティフォトスタジオをオープン。それにより、ブライダルや七五三などのイベント撮影が可能になりました。環境問題にも真剣に取り組んでおり、循環型社会の布石となるよう活動しています。都心はもちろんのこと、北海道や東北、九州など全国にショップを構えています。
