1996年にデザイナーである三原康裕が創立したブランド。1999年に（有）ソスウを設立。日本人の足型にフィットし、人体工学に基づいた履き心地の良いシューズを作っていることで有名です。2000年にはレディスウェアコレクションを発表。2005年にはミラノコレクションに初参加を果たし、さらに2007年にはパリコレクションに発表の場を移すなど、近年海外でも評価が高まっています。「MIHARA YASUHIRO」が世界に名を広めたきっかけは、2001年に「プーマ」とコラボレートした「PUMA by MIHARAYASUHIRO」。このコラボレーションスニーカーは世界各国でも販売されました。扱う素材はレザー多く、どのアイテムにおいてもレザーの素材感や色みにこだわりを持っているのが特徴。とはいえ、そのクオリティに反比例するかのように価格を抑えめにしているところが好評価となっています。またレザーが得意とはいえ、生きている動物の革は使わず、動物愛護団体に寄付も行っています。
