KITSUNEIs it とは?

2001年にパリで結成された、多方面で活躍するクリエイティブチーム。音楽レーベルを作ったり、グラフィックデザイナーとして活動しながらファッションブランドも手掛けています。世界中で注目されているのはもちろん、日本にもファンが多く、2010年には日仏共同プロジェクトとしてKITSUNE JAPONが設立されました。ファッションブランドとしての「KITSUNE」は、一級建築士の資格をもつMasayaKurokiが中心となって展開しています。元々、チームとしての最初のクリエーションも服作りからでした。最初に作ったスウェットが話題となり、さまざまなブランドとのコラボレーションも実施。「吉田カバン」や「Adam et Rope」といった日本でもおなじみのブランドともタッグを組んでいます。シンプルでありながら独創的でアーティスティックなデザインと、生地や生産地にこだわった品質の良さが人気で、日本でも数多くのセレクトショップで取り扱われています。
