1948年に神戸に設立された神戸レザークロス株式会社が1966年に立ち上げた婦人靴ブランド。１号店は、同年にオープンした銀座店。どこよりもカラフルで楽しい靴作りを目指すエンターテーメント創造ブランドをうたい素材やパーツもエスペランサグループで提案しています。手掛けるのは、サンダル、ミュール、パンプス、スニーカーなどの靴から、バッグ、ファッション雑貨まで。店舗は日本国内だけでなく香港、中国にも進出しています。また、グループ内には、エスペランサグループの婦人靴、バッグ、帽子、ベルト、アクセサリーなどを扱うアウトレットショップ「エスペランサアウトレット」や日本初の総合的な靴の専門学校「エスペランサ靴学院（東京・東浅草）」、レディス感覚のデザインや素材、パーツを取り入れたメンズシューズを扱う「サブグリードバイエスペ」、メンズネイルやコスメの専門店「エスペオム」などがあります。
