1922年創業、テキサス州で生まれた「FIT YOU, FIT YOUR JOB」をポリシーとするワークウェアブランド。メンズ・レディース、キッズをはじめバッグやアクセサリーなども揃っています。プロフェッショナルたちのための衣料を提供するというのがブランドの一環したテーマ。そのため、作業場で使用することを想定した実用性を重視して作られているが、ファッションアイテムとしても通用するデザインだったためにファッション誌などでもたびたび取り上げられるようになり、カジュアルな場面でのオシャレ着として着られるようになりました。代表的なアイテムは、ワークパンツやワークシャツ、カバーオールなどで、最も有名な製品は、1950年代にアメリカで大ヒットした型番874のワークパンツ。2006年には、その874を現代風にアレンジしたローライズワークパンツ（型番UM874）が発表されました。日本では、伊藤忠商事株式会社が取り扱っています。
