神戸レザークロス（株）が展開するオリジナルブランド。同社はほかにも「エスペランサ」などのシューズブランドを多く展開しています。「BONITA」のコンセプトは“トレンドに敏感でおしゃれ好きな女子高校生からOLをターゲットに、カラフルで楽しいカジュアルシューズを驚きのプライスで提案!!　清潔かつボリュームのある明るい売り場にてアピールする”。そのコンセプトが示すとおり、ショップにはカラフルでポップ、そしてカジュアルなシューズが並んでいます。ターゲットは「エスペランサ」よりもやや若い層ではあるものの、オフィスでも活用できるデザインがあるためOL世代にも人気です。プライスはパンプスやサンダルが1900～4900円、ブーツが3900～9800円程度とかなりリーズナブル。全国にショップ展開をしており、東京では主にSHIBUYA109－2や新宿アルタ、池袋アルパ、銀座松坂屋などに出店しています。
